Returns

Refund Policy:

Poppy Kids Co does not offer exchanges.

Items may be returned under the following conditions: 

• Return initiated within 7 days of receiving the item
• Item must be in new, unworn condition free of stains and odors
• Please place item in the original clear plastic bag that it arrived in, if possible
  
• All pajamas/rompers must have yellow tag attached to be eligible for return

Warehouse sale items and items marked 'FINAL SALE' are not eligible for returns.

To initiate a return please email poppykidsco@gmail.com with your order number, items you wish to return and reason for returning.
