Return Policy

We want you to love your Poppy Kids Co. purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

📦 Returns

• Returns must be requested within 10 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
• Returns that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted

🚚 Return Shipping

A flat-rate return shipping fee of $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

(Return shipping is charged once per return request.)

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method (minus the return shipping fee). Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Items marked as Final Sale (including items in designated final sale collections) are not eligible for return or exchange.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
