How long does it take to get personalized orders in? It takes 6-8 weeks for personalized orders to be made and then shipped.
When can I purchase personalized orders? We accept a limited numbers of orders each month and spots sell out quickly. Here are our estimated upcoming personalized order dates:

Where do I got to shop? On our personalized website ( www. poppypersonalized.com) and add to cart like you would for a regular online store.
How do I personalize? Put personalization info in the note to seller box at the end of checkout. If you forget, no worries, I will reach out!
Can I customize colors or add/take away from the design? Nope! The design will look exactly as shown in the picture except with your child's name.
Is there a letter limit? No limit, but be aware that the size of the outfit and length of the name will determine how big or small the letters/ design is.
How will I know if a design is able to be personalized? The picture drawing will show personalization. If it does not show personalization in the listing photo it can't be personalized. All personalized outfits are $68. If you see an item for less than that it is likely one of our non personalized outfits.
Where can I find Size Charts? Size charts are located on our Size Chart tab on our website and on our Size Chart highlights tab on Instagram.
