Hi! My name is Meredith and we are so glad you are here. I started Poppy Kids Co in 2019, a few months after my oldest daughter, Penelope, was born. What started as a creative outfits, a way to dress P in cute clothes, and make a little extra income has grown into so much more. Poppy Kids Co is a children's clothing brand that creates specialty, heirloom quality smocked outfits, bamboo pajamas, swimsuits, and play clothes.
Poppy Kids Co has been such a joy to grow alongside our family. As our family continues to grow and change; so does our shop which is so neat. In the beginning, my intention was simply to create sweet clothes for Penelope, but over the years it has developed into a full time job that I am so thankful for.
In October 2022, We took part in a small business program called, Build Up Buttercup, hosted by Dede Raad (@dressupbuttercup on instagram). We ended up making it to the final round and ultimately were fortunate enough to take on additional investment to grow our shop.
